Transport:

As with many historic cities, parking within the Winchester is limited. Where possible we advise to make use of public transport.

Car: There is a range of parking in Winchester including the four Park and Ride sites. The closest to the Guildhall are Colebrook Street (Short Stay), Chesil Street (Long Stay), St Catherine’s Park and Ride and Barfield Park and Ride. Full information on car parks and charges can be found here.

Bus: The Bus Station is located opposite the Guildhall.

Taxi: There is a taxi rank located outside of the Guildhall.

Rail: London Waterloo (1 hour), Southampton Airport Parkway (15 minutes) and Bournemouth (45 minutes). Winchester Station is approximately a 15 minute walk or 5 minute taxi ride.

By Air: Heathrow and Gatwick Airports both have excellent rail and coach links to Winchester.

The closest airport is Southampton. It's a 15 minute drive away. If you're not hiring a car, there are plenty of Ubers.

Food:

Once in Winchester, there are many cafes and restaurants within a very short walking distance of the venue.
